When will my art arrive?

I am a one person show so sometimes it takes me a little bit longer than large companies.

All open edition prints are pre-orders! They are fulfilled based on demand and are placed with a third-party printing service. There is no pre-existing inventory ready to be shipped out. Please do not purchase prints with a sense of urgency. Allow 1-2 weeks for the order to be received, printed, and packed and then an additional 2-10 days for shipping via USPS within the United States. International orders will take longer to arrive. You will receive tracking via email when your print ships.

What is an open edition print?

An open edition print is an artwork that has no limit to how many times it will be printed. It is not signed or numbered. Open edition prints are noted in the product description.

What is a limited edition print?

A limited edition print is an artwork that has a finite number printed. It is signed and numbered. Limited edition prints are noted in the product description.

Will limited edition prints ever be reprinted?

No. A limited edition print will never be reprinted in the same format. It may be reprinted in a limited number of a different size or type of print.

Can I commission a painting?

Absolutely. Reach out to me at jllnelltt@gmail.com and we can schedule a phone call or chat via email to share inspiration photos, references, and colors. I will provide you a price dependent on the complexity and size of your piece. A 50% deposit will be required to start work and the balance prior to shipping. Everything will be invoiced through Square or Squarespace.

Where do you print your art?

I use domestic, small business partners such as Grand River Giclée and Risolve Studio among others.

Do you ship internationally?

My art arrived damaged/I received the wrong thing!

What is your return policy?

All sales are final.

Can I use an artwork of yours?

Please ask permission if you would like to collaborate, license artwork from me directly, or repost my work on Instagram and other digital platforms.

My art didn’t arrive because I entered the shipping address incorrectly. Can you refund me or send another for free?

If you catch the mistake before the package has been fulfilled I am more than happy to change your address. Otherwise I am sorry, but no. Please be sure all of your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. I am not responsible for artwork lost in the mail.
